Telepsychiatry Psychiatric Evaluation

Service Description

This initial psychiatric evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of the clients current symptoms, past medical and mental health history, and current life circumstances. Together, we will establish a diagnosis and treatment plan for individualized care.
