Psychiatric Initial Evaluation

This initial psychiatric evaluation includes a comprehensive assessment of the client's current symptoms, past medical and mental health history, and current life circumstances. Together, we will establish a diagnosis and treatment plan for individualized care.

Follow Up/Medication Management
Follow-up appointments will include reviewing current symptoms, medication management, education, and brief psychotherapy.
